Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame
A two-sport athlete in field hockey and lacrosse, Jane DeGrenier was a four-year starter for field hockey and a member of the 1982 national championship team and she appeared in more than 50 games in lacrosse.
DeGrenier still ranks sixth all-time in career assists with 27 as she played in 77 contests under legendary head coach Doris Kostrinsky and led the team in assists in each of her final two seasons. She was also mentored by another hall of fame coach during the lacrosse season in Andrea Golden and was tops in the program in defensive categories.
Following graduation, DeGrenier played field hockey competitively for more than 25 years and has been a successful coach at numerous levels, accumulating more than 250 victories.
