Ithaca College Athletics

Charlie Baker '41 earned 10 varsity letters as a Bomber; three each in football, basketball and baseball and one in track. On the gridiron he led Ithaca in punting, interceptions, scoring and rushing, and was twice named to the Little All-American Team. He went on to have a successful high school coaching career in New Jersey, where he won two League Championships in both football and baseball. Baker also served as the Director of Health, Physical Education and Athletics for Bergenfield Public Schools.
