Pallozzi has coached Ithaca's softball team since 1989, leading the Bombers to 20 NCAA playoff appearances and the 2002 national championship. A 2011 inductee into the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Hall of Fame, Pallozzi has been named Empire 8 Coach of the Year six times and has been honored by the NFCA four times as regional coach of the year. Ithaca has finished atop the Empire 8 standings every year since the conference added softball and has won six of the nine postseason tournament titles. Pallozzi, who spent five years as an assistant volleyball coach at Ithaca and six years as the school's Senior Woman Administrator, has coached the Bombers to nine berths in the world series. Her career record at Ithaca is 683-285-1.
