Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame
Amy Appler '91 was a two-time national champion gymnast, setting three school records. Injuries limited her to just one season of competition, but during that year she won titles in the floor exercise and all-around at nationals, setting a meet record in the floor exercise. She was also the national runner-up in the balance beam. She won three individual crowns at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) meet as well, finishing first in the vault, floor exercise and all-around, helping the Bombers win the team championship. Appler set school records in the balance beam, floor exercise and all-around.
