Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame
Cheryl Nethaway '92 earned a school-record seven All-America honors in indoor and outdoor track and field in just three years of competition (a physical therapy major, she did not compete as a senior). She ran on Ithaca's first All-American relay team in both indoor and outdoor competition and helped a total of six relay units to All-American finishes, including the outdoor 1,600-meter quartet that posted a second-place finish in 1991. Nethaway still holds seven school records in hurdle and relay events. She won 10 state championships and five ECAC titles, helping the Bombers win five state crowns and four ECAC championships.
