Ithaca, N.Y. – The #7 wrestling team (12-1) posted its 22nd straight win over Oneonta, beating the visiting Red Dragons 32-6 Wednesday. The Bombers won eight matches, including the first seven of the meet.

At 125 pounds, freshman Seth Ecker (Pottstown/Pottstown, Pa.) won the opening bout by fall in 6:12. Junior Chad Winowich (Abington Heights/Clarks Summit, Pa.) won the 133 pound match by decision.

Senior John Paxos (Roxbury/Succasunna N.J.) scored the team's second pin of the night in the 141 bout.

Sophomore Blaine Woszczak (Wall/Manasquan N.J.), ranked seventh at 149 pounds, remained undefeated in dual matches with a major decision. Junior Willie Horwath (Liberty/Bethlehem, Pa.) also maintained a perfect record in dual matches with a decision victory. Horwath is ranked ninth at 157 pounds.

At 165, senior Scott Edwards (Liberty/Bethlehem, Pa.) won by major decision. Ranked sixth at 174 pounds, sophomore David Priest (Wyomissing/Douglassville, Pa.) won by decision.

Junior Joe Goetz (Sewanhaka/New Hyde Park) won the final bout of the night. Goetz won the heavyweight match by decision.

The Bombers host #20 Wilkes Saturday.  The ECWC dual meet begins at 1 p.m.
