133 lbs. Jay McDonnell- After transferring into the program from Binghamton University, Jay McDonnell has put together an excellent debut season, posting a 29‑5 record. He claimed the Region II Championship with a 4‑0 run, highlighted by a 4‑1 overtime victory over Centenary's Daniel Haws. McDonnell, seeded No. 11 in the NCAA Division III Championship bracket, will face No. 6 Patrick Mullen of Wartburg in the opening round. Mullen (24‑5) advanced to the national meet with a runner‑up finish, opening day two with a 7‑2 semifinal victory before suffering his first loss of the regional in the championship match.

141 lbs. Isaias Torres- The lone returning All-American is poised to contend for a second career honor and enters the championships as the highest‑seeded Bomber at No. 5, earning a first‑round bye. He will face the winner of the opening bout between Wisconsin–La Crosse's Marcus McIntyre (27‑10) and Ursinus College's Andrew Schaen, who comes into the weekend at 36‑7. Isaias Torres recorded his 100th career victory this season and now sits tied for the eighth‑most wins in program history with 120. He previously earned All‑American honors at 133 pounds with a seventh‑place finish during his sophomore campaign in 2024.

174 lbs. Konrad Parker- Ninth-seeded Konrad Parker aims to cap his career with an All-American finish this weekend, opening against No. 8 seed Gage Wiggins of Williams College. Parker has had a prolific career including a team-best 37-4 overall record  this year while owning 118 career wins, which is tied for the ninth most in program history. Parker has been dominant in tournament settings this season, winning titles at 174 at the Ithaca Invitational, the NYS Championships, and the SUNYAC Championships, before capping his run with a Region II Championship thanks to an 11–6 victory over Nolan Ziegler.

197 lbs. Ryan Galka- A returning NCAA qualifier, Ryan Galka (22-5) will look to put it all together this weekend. He has been nationally ranked at various points throughout the season by the NWCA and went 3-1 during the regional weekend, with his only setback coming in a 4-1 overtime loss to Carson Licastri in the championship bout. Galka enters the championship bracket unranked and will face Coe College first year Jean Ngoma on Friday. Ngoma, the Region VI runner‑up with a 13-4 mark, sets up a path where No. 5 seed Ethan Winkelman awaits the victor

285 lbs. Kamdyn Dorchester The first-year has made an immediate impact since arriving on South Hill, powering his way to a third-place finish with an 8-1 decision over Alfred State's Aaron Johnson. Dorchester has quickly compiled a 32-10 record, including a 9-1 mark over his last 10 bouts. He will begin his national journey unseeded with an opening‑round matchup against John Carroll's Thomas Lunt, who also placed third at the Region V Championships. Lunt enters the weekend at 25-11 and needed a pair of overtime victories to secure his spot at nationals. Waiting for the winner is the bracket's No. 1 seed, Mitch Williamson of Wartburg.
