HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- The Ithaca College tennis teams wrapped up competition on their spring trip to South Carolina with dual matches Thursday against Rhodes. The Bomber women posted a 6-3 win and the men's team was on the short end of a 7-2 score.

Singles matches were played first for the Bomber women and Ithaca claimed five of the six points from those matches, earning victories at the top-five positions, including three-set wins by Carly Siegel at third singles and Laurel Salladay at fourth singles. The first doubles team of Cristina Nunez and Allison Young won in a tiebreak to claim Ithaca's final team point, after each won straight-set matches in their singles positions. The Bombers improved to 15-1 and return to action in about a month against New York University.

Victories for the Ithaca College men's team came from Justin Levine at third singles by a 6-4, 6-3 score and by Chris Hayes at fourth singles by injury default. The Bomber men return to action March 27 at home against Hobart.
