High School: A 2018 graduate of Half Hollow Hills East High School, Conor Caiazza was coached by Paul Benway. He led the Thunderbirds as their team captain in 2018. He was a two-time Suffolk County All-Star and a 2017 Under Armour All-Star. He also helped the football team reach the 2017 Suffolk County Conference II Playoffs.
 
Personal: A business administration finance major, he is the son of Tony and Patti Caiazza. His older sisters, Caitlin and Casie, both were four-year members of the Molloy College women’s lacrosse team. His father, Tony, coached lacrosse at Dowling College & SUNY Maritime.
