ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca College Gymnastics team posted a season high 190.825 team score in it's third place finish at the Cornell Quad Meet across town Sunday afternoon. IC broke it's program record high, from 2018, in both the uneven bars (48.025) and beam (48.300) at the invitational.Â
First-year
Skye Cohen took second place in the All-Around competition with a 37.900 total score, setting a national Division III season record. Cohen's All-Around score this afternoon bested her performance from last weekend's tri-meet by 0.425 points.
The Bombers finished in third place behind No.1 SUNY Brockport and Cornell University and ahead of SUNY Cortland. The team's record now sits at 6-5 in regular season competition.Â
Specialist
Zoe Kyriakopoulos highlighted the afternoon for Ithaca, tying for first place on the uneven bars.Â
Ithaca finished second in vault, one point behind Brockport's Golden Eagles. First-year
Dallas Rachal and junior
Nya Pauldon tied for sixth place on vault with a 9.600. First-year standout
Jillian Freyman took tenth overall with a 9.500. Sophomore Megan Bell took fifteenth with a 9.350.Â

Cassidy Gallivan (9.100) also competed on vault for the Bombers.Â
Kyriapoulos' first place finish took the Bombers to a second place team score on uneven bars, defeating a previous program record of 47.725 set at the NCGA East Regional Championships in 2018.Â
First-year
Nicole Lonski tied for third on uneven bars with a 9.750 while teammate
Marlena Bailey tied for seventh place at 9.600. Junior
Cameryn Nichols tied for the tenth spot with a 9.500.Â
Elizabeth Blessley (9.425), Cohen (9.400),
Grace Montague (9.150) and
Julia O'Sullivan (8.450) also participated on the uneven bars for IC.Â
Ithaca set a new program record on beam (48.300) at the Quad Meet, besting the previous record (48.225) set against Cortland in 2018.Â
Senior
Amelia Bailey took the top spot on beam for the Bombers, tying for second place with a 9.800. Freyman tied with two other competitors with a 9.750 while Kyriakopoulos took tenth at 9.700.Â
Cohen grabbed twelfth place on beam with a 9.650. O'Sullivan (9.400),
Ai-Zhen Tung (9.250), Goodwin and
Abby Chesshire also competed on beam for the Bombers.Â
IC took third place on the floor exercise with a 47.225 team score. Cohen took the top spot for Ithaca with a 9.625 for twelfth place. First-year Caitlyn Pellegrino grabbed fifteenth at 9.475 while Freyman and
Amelia Bailey tied for sixteenth with a 9.450.Â
Gallivan (9.225) and Bell (9.200) also competed on the floor exercise for IC.Â
Next up, the Bombers will travel to SUNY Cortland for the annual Rumble and Tumble Meet this Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
