The No. 10 Ithaca College softball team defeated Montclair State University by a score of 3-1 in the team's second game of the Montclair/William Paterson Tournament.
 
The game was scoreless until the fourth inning when both teams scored one run. Tied at 1-1, the Bombers scored two runs in the top of the seventh inning to secure the 3-1 win.
 
Sophomore Lori Fazio went 1-for-2 with one RBI and senior Laura Remia went 1-for-4 with one RBI. Sophomore Liz Yentema finished the game going 2-for-4 with one RBI.
 
Sophomore Abby Hanrahan got her fifth win of the season as she only allowed five hits and recorded six strikeouts through seven innings pitched.
