The No. 1 Ithaca College softball team defeated Denison University 2-0 in its first game of the day March 14. 
 
The Bombers got on the board in the top of the fourth and took a 1-0 lead. The final run of the game came in the top of the sixth. 
 
Junior Kerri Barber recorded the only RBI of the game for the Bombers, as she went 1-for-1 on the day. Sophomore Abbey Pelot picked up her fourth win of the year and senior Abby Hanrahan earned her second save of the season. Combined, both pitchers only gave up three hits and struck out two.
