The Ithaca College softball team defeated Kean University by a score 6-1 in the team's final game at the Kean/Montclair Softball Classic.
 
Ithaca jumped out to an early 4-0 lead, but Kean cut the score to 4-1 with one run in the bottom of the first. The Bombers tallied one more run in the top of the third and one final run in the top of the sixth.
 
Freshman Laura Remia hit her fifth home run of the season. She finished the day going 2-for-2 with three RBI. Senior Margo McGowan went 2-for-3 with two RBI and junior Julie McGraw went 2-for-4 with one RBI. 
 
Sophomore Christie Davis got her fourth win of the season as she only allowed four hits and struck out one batter.
