HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – The fourth-ranked Ithaca College wrestling team picked up its fourth consecutive dual-meet victory on Friday evening, rolling past No. 19 Centenary University 33-9. The win was a fantastic start to the Bombers three-match weekend swing, which also takes the team to Delaware Valley University on Saturday and Jamestown Community College on Sunday.

The Bombers got off to a fast start at 125-pounds, as
Ferdinand Mase continued his breakout sophomore campaign with an impressive victory. He turned Centenary's Bobby Demeter to his back for a first-period pin-fall just 2:06 into the bout to jettison IC to an early 6-0 advantage.

The Cyclones clawed four points back in the next bout, as freshman
Tito Colom was unable to keep pace with Dylan Luciano. The Centenary grappler picked up a 17-5 major decision to pull the home side within 6-4. However, that was as close as the Cyclones could get for the rest of the match.

th d3wrestle.com) scored three points for Ithaca with a 7-2 decision over Maxwell Nauta. Freshman sensation,

th d3wrestle.com), pushed his winning streak to 17 consecutive bouts with a 9-6 decision over Christopher Muce to up IC's advantage to 12-4.

In the 157-pound bout, Centenary's Alec Donovan blanked
Demitri D'Orsaneo in a 16-0 technical fall. The triumph pulled the Cyclones within 12-9, but it would be the last bout the home side would win on the night.

Jaison White doubled up with a 16-8 major of Thomas Hinz at 174-pounds. The two victories put IC on the precipice of clinching the match at 20-9.

Jake Ashcraft ultimately sealed things for the Bombers at 184-pounds. He turned Konstantinos Protogeropoulos of Centenary to his back for an opening period pin-fall (1:58). The victory was Ashcraft's team-leading 11
th victory by fall of the year, while it upped Ithaca's lead to an insurmountable 26-9.
