Box Score Utica, N.Y. - The Ithaca field hockey team lost 5-1 at Utica Saturday night at Gaetano Stadium. Ithaca is now 4-10 overall and 2-4 in the Empire 8, while Utica improved to 10-6 on the season with a 5-1 Empire 8 record.

Senior forward Jessica Dillon (Mahopac/Mahopac) scored Ithaca's goal in the final minute of the game, and junior goalkeeper Kelly Singleton (Irondequoit/Rochester) made 12 saves.

Ithaca returns to action Wednesday at 4 p.m. with a home game against Geneseo at Higgins Stadium.
