Wilkes-Barre, Pa.– The #10 Ithaca wresting team (4-0) dropped just three bouts on its way to four wins at the Reese Duals, hosted by Wilkes Saturday. Ithaca beat Mount St. Joseph 37-3, defeated King's 40-3, topped Centenary (N.J.) 35-6 and posted the program's first shutout since 2003 (and 14th overall) by blanking Scranton 50-0.

Sophomore Blaine Woszczak (Wall/Manasquan, N.J.) , one of three Bombers to go 4-0, led the way with three pins and a major decision at 149. Woszczak, who is ranked fifth nationally, improved to 9-1; seven of his wins have come by fall or major decision.

Freshman Seth Ecker (Pottstown/Pottstown, Pa.) and junior Willie Horwath (Liberty/Bethlehem, Pa.) both remained unbeaten on the year. Ecker pinned one opponent at 125 pounds and beat the other three by technical fall. Horwath recorded a pin and a major decision at 157 on the day.

Senior John Paxos (Roxbury/Succasunna, N.J.) won all three of his bouts at 141 pounds – two by fall – to improve to 8-0 on the season. Sophomore David Priest (Wyomissing/Douglassville, Pa.), ranked 10th nationally at 174, also went 3-0. He's 8-1 this year.

Juniors Scott Edwards (Liberty/Bethlehem, Pa.) and John Dale (North Penn/Lansdale, Pa.) combined to win all four of the Bombers' bouts at 165. Edwards' two wins included a technical fall. Ithaca also went unbeaten at heavyweight, where freshman Matt Mahon (Brighton/Rochester) pinned his only opponent and sophomore #Dave Sbriscia# (Warren Hills/Stewartsville, N.J.) won by fall and decision (the Bombers won by forfeit in their final match). The two have combined for a 12-3 mark so far this season.

At 133 pounds, freshman Chad Condidorio (LeRoy/LeRoy) went 3-1 with two falls. Classmate Chris Carabell (Governor Mifflin/Shillington, Pa.) won twice by major decision at 197. Condidorio is 7-3 on the year and Carabello is 6-1.

Freshman Jeremy Stierly (Owen J. Roberts/Pottstown, Pa.) and junior Mike Toscano (Ithaca/Ithaca), wrestling at 141 and 174, respectively, both won their only bouts (Stierly's win was his first career pin).

Sophomores Jamie Facenda (James Madison/Vienna, Va.) and #Brandon Stark# (Central Bucks South/Warrington, Pa.) both won a bout at 184.

Ithaca returns to action Saturday at Cornell's Body Bar Invitational. The Bombers will be the only Division III school competing.
