Hoboken, N.J. – The Ithaca field hockey team (3-6, 0-3 Empire 8) lost 3-0 at Stevens Institute of Technology (10-1, 2-0 Empire 8) Saturday afternoon. Stevens Institute of Technology is ranked 20th in the latest National Field Hockey Coaches Association poll.

Stevens Institute of Technology scored twice in the first half and once in the second half. Junior goalkeeper Courtney Dowell (Massapequa/Massapequa) had five saves for the Bombers in her second start of the year. Dowell is now 1-1 this season.

Ithaca will host Morrisville Wednesday at 4 p.m.
