High School: Hayashi enjoyed a standout career at Waiakea during her prep career...As a freshman, she earned several individual accolades in helping Waiakea to a BIIF Division I Runner-Up finish...She was named a BIIF Division I Honorable Mention selection in 2014...As a sophomore she helped Waiakea to several top finishes at invitationals and tournaments, helping Waiakea to a BIIF Division I Championship and a sixth-place finish at the Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA) Division I Championships, which included champions across all of Hawaii's islands...Hayashi was invited to take part in the USAV High Performance Region Prospects National Training Program...As a junior, she was named Most Outstanding Player in the Gold Division, an All-BIIF First Team selection and BIIF Co-Player of the Year in 2016...She repeated the honor as a senior in 2017, earning Co-Player of the Year honor and Waiakea's Most Outstanding Player.
Personal: Jordyn Lyn is an applied psychology major with a minor in business and counseling, and is the daughter of Terri and Scott Hayashi.
