ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College football team held its end-of-the-year brunch on Sunday morning, May 1 in the Tower Dining Hall to hand out team awards and honors accumulated throughout the 2021 season. The team enjoyed an outstanding brunch buffet, recognized their seniors, commemorated the Liberty League top performers, and presented the Ithaca football memorial awards to the awardees.
"This awards brunch was very important to our staff because it not only recognized 2021's top performers and award winners - but it also celebrated the resiliency of the 2021 Ithaca Bombers through unprecedented times," said head coach
Michael Toerper. "The hard work and discipline that the players and coaches of this program demonstrated to even get to the 2021 season is highly commendable and their efforts on the field were deserving of recognition."
Â
"I am personally grateful for the seniors and their ability to lead this group through adversity," Toerper continued. "I've known all of them since they were in high school, and it was special for me to watch them exit this program as fine young men who are

prepared to accomplish incredible things in the next chapter of their lives. They are forever Bombers, and we appreciate the example they have set for their teammates."
