The victory marked the second time in program history the Bombers defeated Yellow Jackets and the first since 2004. With the win, IC improves to a 7-2 record on the season.Â

Caroline Herz secured the team victory for Ithaca in the final singles spot, taking down Rochester's Jaclyn Dron in three sets 6-3, 2-6, 6-4.Â

Kayla Shenk grabbed another doubles win in the third doubles slot, besting Rochester's Shreya Mandalapu and Stephanie Kim 8-6.Â

Lauren Rodriguez and Andrews played tough matches in the second and third singles spots respectively, but ultimately fell to their opponents in three sets.Â

Kayla Shenk picked up another singles win in the fifth slot, dominating her opponent 6-3, 6-1.Â
