Stone Tabbed CoSIDA Academic All-District

ITHACA, N.Y. – The College Sports Information Directors of American (CoSIDA) released its Academic All-District Teams for volleyball on June 10 and Reagan Stone of the Ithaca College women's program was honored to the first team in District 3 and will now move onto Academic All-America voting.

Stone, a native of St. Louis, Mo., produced one of the most decorated careers in IC volleyball history despite not having a senior season due to the pandemic. She earned a spot on the CoSIDA Academic All-District team by earning an overall GPA of 3.48 in clinical health studies.

Over the previous three seasons, Stone was the AVCA New York Region Player of the Year in 2019, the Liberty League Player of the Year in 2018 and Liberty League and AVCA NY Region Rookie of the Year in 2017. She was also a three-time AVCA All-American, including a two-time second team honoree. Along with that, Stone was a three-time Liberty League First Team selection and a three-time Liberty League All-Academic performer.

Stone appeared in all but three sets (344 of 347) during her career and amassed 1395 kills during that time. As a junior, she ranked fourth in the country with 4.71 kills per set. The 1395 kills ranks 10th all-time in program history, as she was less than 500 kills shy of the school record in nearly 200 fewer sets played.
