ITHACA, N.Y. – Four members of the Ithaca College volleyball team were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Volleyball Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators, to acknowledge the top student-athletes in the nation for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. Brianna Owen.
Benedict, an Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Communications major, marks three-straight seasons earning the honor. The graduate libero led the Bombers with a career-high 634 digs and her 5.42 per set finished 21
st across Division III. She also chipped in 55 service aces and 112 assists, which both ranked second on the team.
Ella Graper, an Exercise Science major, earned the honor for the first time in her career. She appeared in all 117 sets and totaled 124 kills, 113 blocks, and 14 digs. She finishes her career on the South Hill with 277 blocks, including 87 solo efforts.
Naomi Clauhs lands on Academic All-District® for the second-straight season. The junior from Collegeville, Pa., led the Bombers in kills with 462 and put up 4.23 points per set to help lead the Ithaca offense to first in the conference in total kills (1,330).
Owen, a Psychology major landed on the CSC Academic All-Region team for the first time in her career. The Glenbrook North product put down 180 kills and had 2.61 points per set to help lead the Bombers offensive attack. She added career-highs in digs (76), blocks (57) and service aces (36).
To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and must be a standout on the field, competing in at least 90 percent of their team's games and starting at least 66 percent of their team's games.
