The Ithaca College softball team swept its doubleheader against SUNY Cortland, winning the first game 2-0 and the second game 5-2. With both wins, the Bombers finish the regular season with an overall record of 19-10.

The Bombers scored both of their runs in the bottom of the first inning and the Red Dragons were unable to score any runs in the contest.

Senior Lisa Stellato went 1-for-2 with one RBI and junior Maureen Charros went 2-for-3.

Senior Vicki Scott had one strikeout and only allowed six hits.

The Bombers took an early 4-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. The Red Dragons scored two runs in the top of the fourth inning, but Ithaca added one run in the bottom of the fifth inning to make the score 5-2.

Senior Tam Ray went 2-for-4 with one RBI and junior Janine Finn went 1-for-2 with one RBI. Charros finished the second game going 1-for-2 with two runs scored.

Sophomore Jo Burruby struck out three batters and held Cortland to only five hits.
