Eastern Connecticut State
The Ithaca College softball team lost both of its games against Eastern Connecticut State University, losing the first game 1-0 and the second game 2-0.

The game was scoreless until ECSU scored its lone run of the game in the top of the fifth inning on a sacrifice fly from ECSU's Brigitte Raczkowski.
 
Sophomores Marie Higby and Jodi Maddren both went 1-for-2 in the game and freshman Heather Afarian had one hit as well as she went 1-for-2. Senior Vicky Rizzolo went 1-for-3.
 
Senior Julie Wilcox only allowed five hits and recorded four strikeouts in the loss.
 
Game 2 | ECSU 2, Ithaca 0
 
Both of ECSU's runs came in the top of the first inning to take the 2-0 lead that would ultimately win them the game.
 
Sophomore Amy Bannon recorded the only hit for the Bombers as she went 1-for-2 in the game.
 
Junior Cindy Gorsch only allowed three hits and recorded two strikeouts in the loss.
