The Ithaca College softball team lost against Springfield College by a score of 1-0.
 
Springfield's lone run of the game was scored in the bottom of the fifth inning. Ithaca was unable to score any runs throughout the game, even though the Bombers left 10 runners on base.
 
Sophomore Lindy West went 1-for-1 and senior Laura Remia went 1-for-3. Senior Cheryl Wah added one hit as well as she went 1-for-3.
 
Junior Robin Bimson only allowed four hits and recorded six strikeouts in the loss.
