The Ithaca College softball team fell in both games of its doubleheader against The College of New Jersey, losing the first game 8-0 and the second game 6-0.

The Lions scored three runs in the second inning to take an early lead and then added five runs in the fifth inning to take the 8-0 lead.
Sophomore Kelle Jo Rolfe went 1-for-2 in the game and junior Heather Afarian added a hit as well as she went 1-for-3.
Junior Stacy Johnson gave up 13 hits and had two strikeouts.
Game 2 | TCNJ 6, Ithaca 0
TCNJ scored one run in the second inning and added three more in the third inning to go up 4-0. The Lions scored one run in each of the fifth and sixth innings to take the 6-0 lead.
Junior Stacy Swiger went 2-for-2 in the game. Senior Jodi Maddren and sophomore Kim Lamoureaux each went 1-for-3.
Swiger picked up her second loss of the season as she gave up five hits through three innings pitched and had one strikeout.
