The Ithaca College softball team defeated SImpson College by a score of 1-0. The Bombers are now 2-1 to start the season. 
 
Ithaca scored its lone run in the sixth inning to take the 1-0 lead. 
 
Senior Kelly D'arcangelis and junior Nancy Liskiewicz each went 2-for-3 on the day and junior Heather Afarian went 2-for-4. 
 
Junior Stacy Johnson only allowed four hits and had four strikeouts in the win.
