Ithaca vs Brockport, 1993

The Ithaca College softball team fell in both games of its doubleheader against The College at Brockport, losing the first game 5-3 and the second game 1-0. 
 
Game 1 | Brockport 5, Ithaca 3
 
Ithaca took an early 1-0 lead in the first inning and Brockport tied the contest in the third inning. The Golden Eagles scored four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning and Ithaca could only score two more runs in the top of the sixth inning. 
 
Freshman Jeanine Bleau went 3-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored. Freshman Jennifer Hoselton and senior Maura Keenan both went 1-for-3 with one RBI. 
 
Senior Heather Ware only allowed seven hits in the loss. 
 
Game 2 | Brockport 1, Ithaca 0
 
Brockport's lone run came in the second inning as they took the 1-0 lead. Each team finished the game leaving six runners on base. 
 
Senior Kim Lamoureaux went 2-for-3 while senior Missy Foley finished the second game going 1-for-3. Bleau, Keenan, and senior Christie Schoenweitz each went 1-for-3 as well. 
 
Ware only allowed four hits throughout six innings. She is now 11-13 on the season.
