The No. 18 Ithaca College softball team won a close contest its second game of the Empire 8 tournament against St. John Fisher, winning 2-0. 
 
The Bombers scored both runs in the bottom of the fourth when junior Sara Durant hit her 18th double of the season, which is now the school record for most doubles in the season. Durant finished the day going 1-for-1 with two RBI and the double. 
 
Senior Abby Hanrahan pitched her fourth shutout of the season. She finished the day only allowing four hits and striking out 11 batters.
