The Ithaca College softball team split its double against St. John Fisher, losing the first game 1-0 and winning the second game 1-0. It's the Bombers first Empire 8 loss this season.

The lone run of the game came in the bottom of the fifth inning for St. John Fisher. St John Fisher's Forbes pitched a no-hitter against the Bombers. This is the first time Ithaca has been shut out all season.

Ithaca's lone run of the game came in the bottom of the sixth inning when senior Liz Yentema drove in a run off a single. 
 
Yentema finished the day going 1-for-3 with one RBI. Sophomore Abbey Pelot pitched 5.1 innings and only allowed five hits while striking out two.
