The Ithaca College softball team won its fourth straight game with a 4-1 win over Plattsburgh State.
The Bombers had a 1-0 lead after the end of the first inning. The team added one run in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings. Plattsburgh's lone run came in the top of the sixth.
Freshman Leigh Bonkowski had her most impressive day yet for the Bombers, as she went 2-for-3 with two RBI, a double, and her first career home run.
Senior Abby Hanrahan had an incredible day on the mound for Ithaca. She pitched the full seven innings and only allowed five hits while striking out a season-high 13 batters.
