The Ithaca College softball team defeated Springfield College by a score of 7-0.
 
The Bombers scored one run in the second inning and added four runs in the top of the fourth inning to take a 5-0 lead. Ithaca added two runs in the top of the sixth inning to secure the 7-0 win. 
 
Junior Susan Reid went 2-for-4 with two RBI and freshman Nicki Swan went 1-for-4 with two RBI. Sophomore Marie Kelly had one RBI as she went 1-for-3. 
 
Swan only allowed six hits and had six strikeouts in the win.
