Ithaca vs Rowan, May 14, 1995

The Ithaca College softball team lost to Rowan University in the NCAA Northeast Regional championship game, losing by a score of 10-2 in five innings. 
 
Both teams scored one run in the first inning and Ithaca took the 2-1 lead in the top of the second inning. Rowan scored three runs in the bottom of the second and then added two more in the third inning to go up 6-2. The Owls added one run in the fourth inning and three more runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to win the game in five innings. 
 
Sophomore Meg Steere and junior Jennifer Hoselton both went 1-for-2 with one RBI, with Hoselton's hit being a solo home run. Sophomore Nicki Swan pitched two innings and allowed five hits. 
 
The Bombers finish the season with a 26-16 record.
