The Ithaca College softball team fell to Rowan University by a score of 5-3. 
 
Rowan scored first in the bottom of the first inning and the Bombers tied the contest in the top of the second inning. The Owls added one run in the bottom of the third inning and Ithaca tied the contest in the top of the fourth inning. 
 
Rowan scored another run in the bottom of the sixth inning to take a 4-2 lead. Both teams scored one run in the seventh inning for the Owls to win the game 5-3. 
 
Senior Susan Reid went 3-for-3 with two RBI and senior Chris Pettograsso went 1-for-4 with one RBI. Sophomore Nicki Swan allowed 10 hits and recorded one strikeout. 
 
The Bombers will face Rowan on May 14 in the NCAA Northeast Regional championship game.
