The Ithaca College softball team fell to North Adams State by a score of 4-1.
North Adams scored two runs in the bottom of the second inning, but the Bombers cut the lead to 2-1 in the top of the third inning. North Adams added one run in the bottom of the third and fifth innings to secure the 4-1 win.
The lone RBI came from freshman Amy McMordie's triple in the third inning. She finished the day going 2-for-3 with one RBI. Juniors Mary Ellen Hoffman and Jennifer Blum went 1-for-3.
Sophomore Nicki Swan pitched all six innings and only allowed five hits while recording four strikeouts. The Bombers finish the regular season with a 24-14 record.
