The Ithaca College softball team fell to Chapman University by a score of 4-2. 
 
Ithaca jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first inning, but Chapman cut the lead to 2-1 in the bottom of the inning. The Panthers took the lead in the bottom of the second with two runs scored and tacked on another run in the bottom of the third inning. 
 
Junior Jennifer Blum went 1-for-2 with one RBI and the other RBI of the game came from sophomore Marie Kelly. Junior Jennifer Hoselton went 2-for-3 with one run scored. 
 
Sophomore Nicki Swan allowed six hits and recorded two strikeouts.
