The Ithaca College softball team swept its doubleheader against The College at Brockport, winning the first game 1-0 and the second game 4-0.

The game was scoreless until the bottom of the fourth inning when senior Jennifer Blum recorded an RBI double to score junior Marie Kelly for Ithaca to take a 1-0 lead. 
 
Sophomore Amy McMordie and Kelly both went 1-for-3. Sophomore Kristi Clark went 1-for-2 during the first game. 
 
Junior Nicki Swan pitched a two-hitter and had three strikeouts. 
 
Game 2 | Ithaca 10, Brockport 5
 
Ithaca jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the bottom of the first and Brockport cut the lead to 3-1 in the top of the second inning. Brockport tied the game in the top of the third, but Ithaca took the lead again in the bottom of the third inning. 
 
With the score being 4-3, Brockport tied the game once again in the top of the fifth inning, but the Bombers scored four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take an 8-4 lead. Ithaca scored its final two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning and Brockport scored its last run in the top of the seventh. 
 
Senior Jennifer Blum and McMordie both went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBI. Kelly went 2-for-3 with one RBI and freshman Cheryl Wah went 2-for-4. 
 
Swan picked up her seventh win of the season as she only allowed one hit and struck out one batter in 3.0 innings pitched.
