The Ithaca College softball team fell to Buffalo State 8-1. With the loss the Bombers are now 16-7. 
 
The lone run for the Bombers came in the top of the first inning when freshman Laura Remia had a one-run single. Buffalo State tied the game in the bottom of the first inning and then scored seven runs throughout the rest of the contest. 
 
Senior Margo McGowan hit two doubles in the contest, going 3-for-4 during the game. Freshman Nicole Fava went 1-for-4. 
 
Sophomore Robin Bimson gave up 10 hits and struck out two batters during the loss.
