The Ithaca College softball team defeated Salisbury University 2-0 to advance to the NCAA Division III World Series. The Bombers are now 33-10-1 on the season with the 33 wins being a school record. 
 
The game was scoreless until the bottom of the sixth inning when the Bombers scored both runs. Senior Janine Lawler and senior Kristin Muenzen each recorded one RBI. 
 
Senior Robin Bimson only allowed three hits during the contest and struck out four batters. Bimson is now 29-8 on the season.
