The Ithaca College softball team won a close game against the University of Mount Union, winning the game by a score of 2-1. 
 
Mount Union took an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning. The Bombers tied the game in the top of the third and then took the 2-1 lead in the top of the fifth. 
 
The lone RBI from Ithaca came from freshman Lori Fazio, who went 1-for-4 on the day. Seniors Vanessa Montorsi and Janine Lawler each had one hit as well. 
 
Senior Robin Bimson only allowed one hit during the contest and struck out two. She is now 3-1 on the season.
