TROY, N.Y. – The Liberty League released its weekly awards on Monday and
Daniel Harden-Marshall was named Men's Track and Field Track Performer of the Week. The Bombers also garnered four weekly honor roll selections –
Riley Thompson,
Maria Matkoski,
Grace Cannon and
Morgan Hoffman-Smith – for the week of Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.

Highlighting the competition for the Bombers at the Greg Page Relays was the school record performance by Harden-Marshall, a junior, in the 300-meter dash with a time of 34.99 seconds. Harden-Marshall won the race by .37 seconds and broke an eight-year old school record, set by Jeff Wetmore, by .14 seconds. Harden-Marshall also raced in the 60-meter dash and came in seventh overall with a time of 7.09 seconds.
Honor Roll
Junior
Riley Thompson continued his hot start to the season as he eclipsed 20-plus points in all three of Ithaca's games this past week. Thompson averaged 25.3 points and went 24-for-53 overall (45.3%), including 8-for-17 (47.1%) from 3-point range and 20-for-21 (95.2%) at the free throw line. He began the week with 23 points in a loss to Cortland on Nov. 27. Three days later, Thompson tallied a season-high 27 points in an 87-68 victory over Vassar, and the following afternoon, dropped 26 in a loss to Bard.
Junior
Maria Matkoski won the 5,000-meter run in 19:22.81 at the Cornell Greg Page Relays on Saturday, which was five seconds faster than the runner-up.

Sophomore
Grace Cannon earned a spot on the honor roll after notching two 12-point, eight rebound performances against Vassar and Bard during Liberty League opening weekend. Cannon led the Bombers on Friday evening against Vassar with 12 points, eight rebounds, four steals and one block as IC picked up a 68-54 win. She followed that up with another 12-point, eight rebound, two assist, two steal and one block performance in the Bombers' dominating win over Bard on Saturday.

Sophomore
Morgan Hoffman-Smith had a solid performance this weekend at the 8
th Annual Bomber Invite, highlighted by her program record-breaking swim in the 1,650 free in which she finished in 17:35.44. She finished sixth in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:10.36 as well as 12
th in the 200 backstroke after swimming to a time of 2:10.83. Hoffman-Smith was part of the second-place 200 freestyle relay team which finished in 1:38.67 as well as the fourth-place 400 freestyle relay team which swam to a time of 3:37.76. Additionally, Hoffman-Smith's 400 medley relay and 800 freestyle relay teams both finished fifth in 4:02.14 and 7:59.67, respectively. Finally, she was on the sixth-place 200 medley relay team which swam to a time of 1:50.07.
