CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's swimming and diving team picked up its third win of the season as the Bombers earned a 182.5-105.5 win over SUNY Cortland on Saturday at Harriet Holsten Pool. With the win, Ithaca improved to 3-1 overall while Cortland fell to 0-2 on the season.

Adam Zelehowsky and
Aaron Levin posted a win in the 200 medley relay as the quartet finished in a time of 1:38.10.
Levin continued to rack up points for the Bombers as the sophomore earned a win in the 200 free after touching the wall in 1:47.69, which was more than three seconds ahead of the field. He went on to earn another first place finish in the 100 free in 48.27.
Ithaca took two of the top three spots in the 100 backstroke as
Gregory Markert (56.87) and Keith (57.13) finished in second and third place, respectively. Markert would improve his standing in the 200 backstroke after finishing first with a mark of 2:03.37.
Mikhailichenko posted another first place in the 100 breaststroke as the freshman completed the race in 1:00.82.
Matt Quinney placed second overall with a time of 1:02.40. Mikhailichenko also added a win in the 200 breaststroke after beating the field with a time of 2:10.69.
In the 200 fly,
Jake Hewitt posted a top finish with a time of 2:00.69 and would go on to take finish first in the 500 free with a winning time of 5:00.77.
Zelehowsky won the 50 free in 22.13 and would go on to take the top spot in the 100 fly after touching the wall in 53.81. Quinney posted a second place finish in the same event while
Daniel Meyers took third.
In the 200 IM, Quinney broke through for a win after completing the event with a time of 2:03.36.
The Bombers added another win in the 400 free relay as Levin, Mikhailichenko,
Kellen Scanlan and Zelehowsky beat the field by nearly seven seconds with a time of 3:14.28.
Joshua Briggs placed second in both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards with 253.90 and 189.40 polints, respectively.
Ithaca will return to the pool at 6 p.m. on Friday against the LeMoyne Dolphins inside the A&E Center Aquatics Pavilion.
