ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's swimming & diving team recently saw four student-athletes named to the 2026 Division III College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. The Bombers saw
Matthew Janssen,
Matthew Mitros,
Bennett Molitor-Kirsch and
Will Stanczewski earn the honor.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Janssen and Mitros are repeat selections from a year ago and will earn their respective degrees from Ithaca College in Health Sciences and Physical Therapy.
Bennett Molitor-Kirsch and
Will Stanczewski are both sophomores and are majoring in Exercise Science and Clinical Health Studies. All four were key contributors to helping the Bombers win their first-ever Liberty League Championship as they also went 8-2 in dual meets.
The Academic All-District ® Team is coordinated by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).
