ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's tennis team returned to action for the 2015 portion of its schedule and dropped a 6-3 dual match at Rochester on Saturday. The match was played at U of R's Goergen Athletic Center. Ithaca won one doubles match and two singles matches and the Bombers are now 10-2 on the season.
 
At second doubles, Allison Vizgaitis and Marni Blumenthal were 8-4 winners for Ithaca. The Bombers dropped a close 8-6 match at first doubles. In singles matches, Vizgaitis was a 6-4, 7-5 winner at third singles and Alyssa Steinweis won 3-6, 6-4, 10-3 at fifth singles.
 
Ithaca will host St. Lawrence on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Glazer Arena.
