ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca softball team (20-11) picked up its 20th win of the year and totaled 22 runs in a doubleheader sweep of Buffalo State (17-15) on Sunday afternoon at Kostrinsky Field. Ithaca won the first game 11-2 in five innings and won the second game 11-6. It is the third time this season that the Bombers have scored 10 runs or more in both games of a doubleheader sweep.
