ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca women's tennis team (10-5) dropped a 7-2 decision to visiting Rochester (5-2) in a dual match Sunday at Glazer Arena inside of the Athletics & Events Center. Both teams are regionally-ranked by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association as Rochester stands 12th and Ithaca is 19th in the latest ITA Northeast Region rankings.

The Bombers' victories came at first doubles where senior Becky Campbell and junior Allison Young pulled out an 8-5 victory. Freshman Allison Vizgaitis picked up a three-set victory at fourth singles. She dropped the first set 5-7 and then rallied to win 6-1 in the second set and 10-5 in the deciding super-breaker in the third.
