Harrisburg, Pa. -- The Ithaca College wrestling team (3-0) went unbeaten at Saturday's Wrestle For A Cure Duals, held in Harrisburg, Pa. The Bombers posted a pair of wins over Division II opponents -- beating Shippensburg 29-15 and topping American International 26-16 -- and rolling over Elizabethtown (30-9) and Johns Hopkins (33-6).

Three Bombers went 4-0 on the day. Senior Seth Ecker (Pottstown/Pottstown, Pa.) remained undefeated on the season, raising his record to 8-0. He pinned his first opponent, then recorded a 5-1 win and a pair of major decisions. Ecker, who's ranked second nationally at 141 pounds after winning last year's NCAA title at 133 pounds, is 9-0 on the season. He has earned bonus points in six of his nine victories this year, winning twice by major decision, once by technical fall and twice by fall. He's 86-16 in his career.

Junior Jules Doliscar (Dix Hills/Trinity) continued his explosive start to his Bomber career. The Nassau County Community College transfer and two-time NJCAA runner-up, opened competition winning by injury default then pinned his next three opponents. Doliscar is 9-0 at 174 pounds with a team-leading seven pins. He's ranked 10th nationally.

Sophomore Shane Bartrum (Oswego/Oswego) defeated all three of his opponents at 197 pounds, outscoring three of them 18-8 in three decisions and pinning the other. Bartrum is now 6-2 on the year and 17-16 in two seasons as a Bomber.

Sophomore Dominick Giacolone (Cato-Meridian/Cato) posted victories at 125 pounds in both Ithaca's wins over Division II competition, winning by forfeit and by major decision. His season record is 6-2 and his career mark is 16-11.

Junior Keith Dickey (Cedar Cliff/New Cumberland, Pa.) won all three of his bouts. Wrestling at 184 pounds he recorded major decisions over opponents from Shippensburg and Johns Hopkins and won by decision against Elizabethtown. Dickey is 5-2 this year and 20-20 in his career. His brother, freshman Grant Dickey (Cedar Cliff/New Cumberland, Pa.), picked up a 10-1 major decision at 165 pounds in Ithaca's win over Johns Hopkins.

Two other sets of Bomber brothers posted wins as well. Nick Sanko (Hamburg Area/Lenhartsville, Pa.), a graduate student wrestling at 165 pounds, recorded a 12-1 major decision in the Shippensburg victory and his brother -- sophomore Brett Sanko (Hamburg Area/Lenhartsville, Pa.)  -- earned his first two collegiate wins, blanking his opponents from Elizabethtown and Division II American International at 157 pounds. Nick Sanko is now 4-1 this year and 40-20 overall.

At 133 pounds, junior Rick Gomez (Brentwood/Brentwood) won by decision in Ithaca's victories over Johns Hopkins and Elizabethtown and his brother, freshman Alex Gomez (Brentwood/Brentwood), pinned his opponent from Division II American International. Rick Gomez is 3-1 and Alex Gomez is off to a 4-2 start.

Senior heavywieght Matt Mahon (Brighton/Rochester) won by forfeit against Johns Hopkins and pinned his Elizabethtown opponent. The pin was his third of the season and 45th of his career. Mahon, who's ranked ninth nationally, is 6-1 this winter and 69-23 overall.

Freshman Kevin Collins (Randolph/East Amherst) rounded out Ithaca's winners, evening his season record at 3-3 with a 10-6 decision at 149 pounds to help Ithaca top Johns Hopkins.

The Bombers return to action Saturday, competing at the Cornell Invitational.
