2012-13 Stats

2011-12: Gomez was the winningest newcomer on the Bomber roster, posting 20 victories. He opened the season at 133 pounds, placing third at the Ithaca Invitational and fourth at York’s New Standard Corporation Invitational before dropping down to 125. He earned all-state honors at that weight class (placing sixth at the all-division New York State Collegiate Championships) and was Ithaca’s entrant at the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference (ECWC) meet.

2008-10: Gomez attended Nassau College, where he was coached by Paul Schmidt. He was a two-time NJCAA runner-up.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Brentwood High School, Gomez was coached by Ralph Napolitano. He was a two-time state place-winner and served as team captain.
