Rochester, N.Y. -- The women's basketball team (1-1) opened play at Rochester's Chuck Resler Inviational with a 92-50 loss to the host Yellow Jackets (1-1), ranked fifth nationally. Ithaca takes on Mount St. Mary at 3 p.m. in Saturday's consolation game.

Freshman guard Kathryn Campbell (Spring Lake/Wall, N.J.) led Ithaca with nine points and three assists off the bench. Junior guard Riley Dunn (Central Catholic/Bradford, Mass.) added eight points and junior guard Jessica Farley (Pine Valley Central/South Dayton) and junior guard Jacqueline Shinall (Joel Barlow/Redding, Conn.) both added seven.

Freshman Jennifer Escobido (Norwich Free Academy/Lisbon, Conn.) finished with six points and four steals. Senior forward Elissa Klie (Ramapo/Wyckoff, N.J.) recorded three steals.
