Hilton Head, S.C. – The Ithaca women's tennis team (12-3) defeated Dickinson 6-3 Wednesday during its spring trip in South Carolina.

The Bombers won five of the six singles matches, which were played prior to the doubles competition. Sophomore Melissa Nunez (Morris Hills/Rockaway, N.J.) and senior Lindsey Johnston (Woodstock Academy/Pomfret Center, Conn.) earned Ithaca's doubles win at second doubles.

Junior Devra Reiman (Columbia/Maplewood, N.J.), sophomore Agata Kubik (C.K. Norwid Gen. Lyceum/Czestochowa, Poland), senior Alyssa Jaffe (Pascack Hills/Montvale, N.J.), sophomore Melanie Cohen (Hatboro-Horsham/Ambler, Pa.) and junior Sara Hollis (Greens Farms Academy/Fairfield, Conn.) won in the singles matches.

The Bombers return to action Thursday at noon versus Gettysburg, also at Hilton Head, S.C.
